Our Architectural Team
For all projects, it is essential we source land and property that presents a viable opportunity for all parties. At Greenhouse Property, we seek land with or without planning permission for both residential and commercial use.
In addition to land purchases, we consider all commercial and residential properties that offer potential for development through conversion or extension, in-turn adding to the value of the property and producing a cash flowing asset with minimal investment retained by our investment partners, all through our fully project managed service.
The Build
Once investment is secured and legal agreements are in place, Greenhouse Property Group will instigate all build services from architectural design, professional surveys and quantity take off’s to full project management of the build .
For the entire term, we will oversee the whole process while keeping the landowner and investors informed throughout.
