DISCOVERY

Initially we can arrange a call to discuss the options available to talk through your requirements and to see if there is any opportunity available. This first step is purely discovery for both parties, so there is absolutely no obligation to proceed.

PLANNING

The next step is to carry out a viability study to see what would be potentially possible. This will allow us to highlight the options available to you so you can make a considered decision before continuing to step 3.

AGREEMENT

Once you have all the information on the options that are available to you and you are 100% happy to proceed, we will raise the necessary agreement to formally and (more importantly) legally instruct us to manage the planning on your behalf and what you can expect from us throughout the process.
